GSLV-Mark III was launched from Indian Satish Dhawan space center with GSAT-19 communication satellite placing it in geo stationery orbit at around 36000km for circling the earth in continous motion. This GSAT 19 have the latest and futuristic technology to understand charge particle via Radiation spectrometer and many other spacecraft technologies like heat pipe, accelerometer, Ku-band TTC transponder as well as Lithium-ion battery.

Rocket was made with development cost of around 300 crore with 15 years in the production stage carrying capacity of 4 tonnes also sub-named as “Monster Rocket”. While India has lots of successful space campaigns but if had to launch satellite with more than 2.3 tons weight the help was required from the foreign countries. US, Russia, Europe, China and Japan were the only countries who had the right capability to deliver these and India was denied the technology from others on this research too.
