India Got New Chief Justice of India As Justice Dipak Misra Takes the Oath

Justice Deepak Misra took the oath of New apex of India’s Judicial system as Chief Justice of India at a brief ceremony at Rashtrapati Hall administered under the President Ram Nath kovind as last CJI JS Khehar retires and Justice Deepak Misra becomes the 45th Chief Justice of Independent India.
At last month CJI Khehar has named Deepak Misra as the new CJI to be sworn in later after his retirement, and will hold the office till Oct 2, 2018 as per the most senior judge after him and automatically replacing him to the most respected position.
Old Testament of using the most senior judges to be appointed as the next Chief Justice of India will remain the same in history for now.
