New law in the making for unruly passengers in the Airlines

Union Government taking into account the increase of rude customer behaviour accidents in the Airlines has come up with new law pertaining to these scenarios.

Ensuring the safety of the flight crew, passengers in coming up with the draft for no-fly list specifically for Airlines which is posted on DGCA website already.

In this draft there are three level of category behaviour that will be associated with three levels of behaviour respectively.

Level 1  is concerned with abusive behaviour, Level 2 is physical abusive behaviour towards crews and members while Level 3 is strictly life threatening and punishment will be accorded to level of charge being implied on the incident.

Expecting this law to take proceedings within next 2-3 months and consumers will be informed as well.

There is separate appeal process where individuals can come to government for revoking their rights within their rights.

This could be the beginning of something no other country has ever seen before.

These decisions became the necessity of the land after Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad row in which he beat up an elderly AI (Air India) employee which made national headlines for more than weeks forcing AI to bar MP from flying.
