Summer is at its peak with sweat and perspiration at its highest point. Heat wave running during day goes through whole body draining the fluids and soaking the energy altogether. One must use those foods which can cool your body and satisfy your drinking thrust.

In India where heat wave is prevalent during summer season one specially take care of the foods and drinks to take care of their body fluids. Heat Strokes and Dehydration are some of the most common diagnosis of people health these days. Here we are going to narrow down few foods that will preserve your energy and enliven your spirits to live healthier & happy life.

Fruits: – Summer time is always remembered for the various foods that are available for this specific season only along with they are best for your health as well. Water Melon, Muskmelon, and Coconut water are in high demands during this season.

They have high number of water nutrients that will add that extra body fluids in your diet allowing you to face this hot summer with more ease. You will also feel amazing cooling sensation when you eat them.

Green Leafy Vegetables: – They are the evergreen foods for almost every season and in summer they become the most priority as they have all the nutrients to back your health conditions even in perspiring heat summer. There are also various coolants that are available in the Indian market during hot summer season. Thandai, Sattu, Aam Panna, Jaljeera and other similar drinks can be bought at cheap and affordable prices at various outlets in summers. During hot weather one must avoid fried foods, meats, sugary and other palpable items for adding that extra weight to your body. Tea, coffee, alcohol and cigarettes also must be avoided as they deplete the water from your body sources.

Still with all of these one must also drink water regularly to avoid any kind of dehydration or heat stroke etc. We must drink 8-10 glasses during the whole day that will allow water to get inside our digestion system as well. Also try to mix them up with foods rather than bulking the whole intake in one go, use short intervals to make adjustments in your daily schedule.
