What Indian counterpart is claiming their victory in the ICJ verdict in their favour against Kulbhushan Jadhav case has resulted in harsh criticism of the Pakistan govt from all corners of their countryman with Pervez Musharraf former president of Pakistan has gone on to say local newspaper Kulbhusan Jadhav is more bigger terrorist than Ajmal Kasab who was caught alive during the Mumbai attacks killing more than 160 people.

He further added that Pakistan himself should have never appeared in the International Court of Justice as this case of espionage spy of ‘Kubhushan Jadhav’ is matter of national concern that ICJ don’t have jurisdiction over. “Kasab was just a pawn but Jadhav was fueling terrorism and may have killed a number of people in sabotage activities,” He was also reportedly saying that Kasab case took more than four years while Jadhav was sorted out within one year of arrest.

As the court hearing ended in ICJ Hague there were hue and cries of how the case was handled by the current govt and loss resulted in further defamation for Pakistan lawyer’s ability to handle their side verdicts.

Pakistan is claiming arrested Jadhav is RAW agent while Indian counterpart is arguing that he was caught in Iran when he was involved in running business only.

As the military court ordered their verdict with death penalty for Jadhav things got heated between the two neighbouring countries.
