Shia Waqf Board comes with negotiation on Ram Mandir Disputed land

Will BJP be able to built Ram Mandir in this curriculum? Well signs are eminent this time with Shia Waqf Board who is entitled body for the sculpture has foretold Supreme Court that for amicable solution a mosque can be built in reasonable distance from disputed RamJanambhoomi land area.

In this another twisted backing the  Shia Central Waqf Board submitted their affidavit to the Supreme Court that Babri Masjid was there property hence they have placed a negotiation for settlement on the controversial land ahead of Ayodhya hearing.

Uttar Pradesh Shia Central Waqf Board (UPSCWB) has staked claim over the disputed Babri Masjid by challenging petition of registration of Babri masjid by Sunni board in 1944. Board is of the view that Waqf Masjid Mir Baqi or popularly known as Babri Masjid was Shia mosque built under Babar reign who was himself Shia from Persia only. “Going by this fact it was always a Shia mosque…only the Imam and Muezzins of the mosque were Sunnis who were paid their due by the Shia Mutawwali. Namaz was offered by both Shia and Sunnis,” Rizvi explained that although the board lost the case in 1945 as there was no proper defense but this time they are making claim completely for their property with solution to the disputed land.

Rajya Sabha Member Subramanian Swamy gve thumbs up to the whole situation with “According to me, this intervention by the Shia Waqf board is god sent,” for that amicable deal if passed will provide better solution to both parties. “The main appeals against the Allahabad high court order are pending for the last seven years in the apex court and these required urgent hearing.” added further to speed up the hearing on this long pending case.

Since their last hearing in Ayodhya issue where Allahabad HC divided the disputed land between the Nirmohi Akhara, Ram Lalla and the Sunni Wakf Board but in recent affidavit the Shia Wakf board has come up in front claiming the property as their land rather Sunnis. Three Judges Bench comprising of Ashok Bhushan, Dipak Mishra and S A Nazeer will hear the challenging the verdict from the last hearing itself.
