An 18 year old young woman who works as house helper was shockingly sexually assaulted and raped inside car in Madhu Vihar of East Delhi on last Tuesday night. Main accused was found to be the neighbour youth who was arrested and their partners who helped him in the whole ordeal were caught later too.
On Wednesday morning, her employer came to know the whole scenario and soon informed their parents and reported the whole incident to the police.
In her FIR report, the victim reported that while going from home after doing her duty as household work, she was pulled inside in car by Kaalia, the main accused and her neighbour as well.
Then the car was taken to a desolate place near NH-24 where his two friends Shahid and another young too guard outside while, she was raped inside the car. She was threatened for life and was later dropped near her home.
Accused also rammed their car into divide while driving rashly which led the police to identify the car in which the crime happened.
Victim’s statement was recorded in front of the magistrate and was later sent to the medical examination while acknowledging the fact that she knew the prime accused person for last few months being residing in the same neighbourhood.
