Emotional Blockages and Their Repercussions

Gautama the Buddha, all his life claimed that this life is nothing but a ‘book of pain’. Like a scientist, he very logically understood the behavioural pattern of mind and reached to a state where there is no pain, no suffering but only remains silence, bliss and completeness.

Well, if we see around, we see everyone confirming his virtue. Either, we are at family, college, office or marketplace, everywhere interaction with others is happening and this inter-personal relationship is creating situations, where we do flow into the tides and waves of different emotions. Someone speaks nicely, we love them and if someone says something against us, we dislikes.

Isn’t it correct to say that our moments are shifting all the time from one dimension to another dimension, from one extremity of life to another extremity. From love to hatred, hatred to anxiety, anxiety to complaints, complaints to guilt, guilt to pain suffering and vice versa. During this huge drama of travelling into all emotional dimensions, we lost a huge amount of vital energy. Question is, “

Is Buddha really correct in his statement??

From where these emotions comes to us ?? Why whole humanity lives into the same circle of emotions ??

Is earning whole materialistic wealth during whole life and then dying empty handed is the only truth??

A likewise list of questions on and on and there is no end of these questions.

As per ancient Indian philosophical system, this whole existence, cosmos is nothing but a “bhav-sagar”, that is, ‘the ocean of happening’. Further, we all living beings including the humans are a complete cosmos, a complete universe in ourself. This was the truth given by the yogis, who were meditative and silent enough to see the deepest truth of the existence through entering into their own inner realms.

Question comes, of what we are made of?? and more specifically why we are so much like ourself only?? What make us so unique in our ownself??  Millions of sadhus and monks have finished their lives in this answer and the answer which they realised is nothing except our actions

In Sanskrit, actions are called as ‘Karma’. Whatsoever we do, think or imagine results into our karmic actions and imprinting of these karmic actions lie down deeper and deeper into our unconscious being. Karmic actions are not only of this life but they are in continuation of a series of past actions. In a subtle unaware state of living, we do cultivate a deep routine and habit of living with these patterns of sub-conscious actions.

These karmas remains inside us not only on physical dimension but they travel on more subtlest levels through our thoughts, DNA, genes, saliva, tissues, cells etc. from one generation to another generation, from one life to another life.

This karmic storage is nothing but a sort of governor, a controller of our daily routine of life. As we live so unconscious, so these habits comes up at the right time and right moment and leads us into an action.

Someone abuses us or say something against our choice, wishes or expectation and immediately a counter action happens within us. This counter act which germinated immediately leads to bursting of actions immediately and we create our own hell by our own hands.

When a yogi goes deeper towards his own self, he comes to a state where he finds the reason of all his past, present and future actions within himself. These karmic actions are lying unfold within us and living unconsciously without the awareness of the person. They are more or less our memories, desires, or imaginations.
